This is the best cold therapy wrap ever!! Both my husband and I work out everyday on either a treadmill or an elliptical. Both of these machines are hard on the knees. These wraps are fantastic!!!!!! They work, are easy to store, and are flexible. The ice and the wraps can be purchased separately by the way.

We only use them for our knees but they are so flexible and adjustable that I have used them on my grandsons, ages 5 and 10 for arm injuries that they have sustained. Overall, I highly recommend these wraps for all ages and body parts. – Black Belt Shopper
